1) Where can I buy your products?


Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our parcels are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you want to use the homeopathic products without any alcohol trace, here is the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon (soup spoon) of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness is still the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between the medicines or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you administer.


5) Can I give your products in food?


All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth, ...)! Or directly into the mouth. Granules or powder products, on the other hand, can generally be mixed with food. Je ne peux lui donner le contenu d'une capsule chaque journée pcq'il aura la diarrhée
.Alors je lui en donne un peu chaque jour ..Il mange bcp de fruits et des légumes..du poulet biologique..alors je ne m'inquiète pas outre mesure sur les potentielles carences alimentaires ..La diarrhée oui .n'aime pas tellement.
