1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the animal. If you want to use the homeopathic products while ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, here's the method we suggest: Spray a mist from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Additionally, the effectiveness remains the same.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

5) Can I give your products with food?

How to administer SILIMER-G5?

Precautions: Shake well before use. Follow the dosage instructions

• Cats and small dogs: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), once a day in water or in the mouth.
• Medium and large dogs: Start with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day in water or in the mouth, and after a few weeks, you have the option to give 1-3 times per day.
• Horses: ¼ cup (65 ml) once a day in water or in the mouth.
• 500 ml of liquid solution.
