1) Where can I buy your products?

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

2) When will I receive it?

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to the pet. If you want to use the homeopathic products while ensuring no alcohol remains, here's the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet one tablespoon of this water. The dosage remains the same, but no alcohol will remain. Additionally, the effectiveness remains unchanged.

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?

Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.

What is a flea?

Fleas are blood-sucking insects that live on the surface of mammals and feed on the blood of their hosts. They move by jumping, with some species able to leap up to 30 cm high! Different species of fleas infest domestic animals. Some species of this parasite, like the cat flea, are very opportunistic and can change hosts, infesting humans. In general, they are often well tolerated by the animal, although significant itching may appear in some individuals, leading to allergic dermatitis with skin lesions. In some cases, fleas, themselves parasitized, can transmit sometimes serious bacterial infections.

What is a tick?

Ticks are blood-sucking mites, meaning they feed on and live off another animal. They suck the blood of vertebrates, primarily terrestrial mammals and birds, and can measure from 1 to 5 mm in length when unfed, and up to 30 mm when engorged with blood. They are carriers of parasites and can therefore transmit diseases caused by these parasites to their host, the most well-known being Lyme disease.
