Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to pets. If you wish to use the homeopathic products with no trace of alcohol, here is the suggested method: Spray a dose from the bottle into 2 cups (500 ml) of purified (distilled) water. Then, give your pet one tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness remains the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions with other medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out the doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product.


5) Can I give your products in food?


All our liquid products should be administered in ... liquid (water, broth...)! Or directly in the mouth. Products in granules or powder can generally be mixed into food. Please check the correct administration method on each product page under the POSOLOGY tab.

    Pas plus d’effet

    J’ai utilisé ce produit car mon chat supportait mal les trajets en voiture. Très anxieux, il miaulait non stop.
    J’ai donc donné ce produit pendant 2 jours avant de prendre la voiture pour un trajet de 30 min et le jour même.
    Il nous a semblé un peu plus calme mais malheureusement ça n’a pas été plus efficace que ça. Dommage.

    A fait un monde de différence!

    Mon chat détestait voyager. Elle avait des attaques de panique, même sur de courtes distances. Avec ce remède, mon chat était si calme et n'a même pas miaulé pendant notre long voyage. Je ne pouvais pas faire cela avant et d'arriver à ce qu'il garde son calme toute la journée. C'est incroyable! Il n'a fallu qu'un jet le jour avant notre départ et 1 jet le matin du voyage et le tour était joué.
