1) Where can I buy your products?

 

Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and shipped from Quebec (Canada) via postal services.

 

2) When will I receive it?

 

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.

 

3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't that harm my pet?

 

Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to pets. If you prefer to use the homeopathic products ensuring there is no trace of alcohol, here's the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. Moreover, the effectiveness is still the same.

 

4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or homemade remedies?

 

Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between the medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing the doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you administer.

 

5) Can I give your products in food?
