1) Where can I buy your products?


Our products are exclusively sold online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) by postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as soon as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Will it harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not harmful to pets. If you prefer to use the homeopathic products without any trace of alcohol, here's the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified water (i.e., distilled). Then, give your pet a tablespoon (soup spoon) of this water. The dose remains the same, but no alcohol will remain. Furthermore, the effectiveness remains the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medications or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid potential interactions between medications or natural products you're already giving, we recommend spacing out the timing of your doses. We suggest taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you're giving.


5) Can I give your products with food?


All our liquid products should be administered in ... of liquid (water, broth...)! Or directly into the mouth. Granules or powder products, on the other hand, can generally be mixed with food. We encourage you to check the correct administration method on the product page under the tab: DOSAGE


6) Can I give several of your products at the same time?


Yes! In most cases, it's possible. You can mix them all in the same bowl of water. HOWEVER, we always encourage you to check the administration methods clearly indicated on each product page to ensure there are no contraindications or interactions.
