1) Where can I buy your products?


Our products are sold exclusively online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) by postal services.


2) When will I receive it?


All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.


3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't it harm my pet?


Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not dangerous for the animal. If you wish to use homeopathic products, ensuring that there is no trace of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (i.e. distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. In addition, the effectiveness is still the same.


4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?


Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out your doses. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.


5) Can I give your products in food?

    1) Where can I buy your products?


    Our products are sold exclusively online on our website and are shipped from Quebec (Canada) by postal services.


    2) When will I receive it?


    All our packages are shipped via Canada Post as quickly as possible.


    3) Do your remedies contain alcohol? Won't it harm my pet?


    Yes, only 20% alcohol by volume for preservation. This alcohol is not dangerous for the animal. If you wish to use homeopathic products, ensuring that there is no trace of alcohol, here is the method we suggest: Spray a jet from the bottle into 2 cups (500ml) of purified (i.e. distilled) water. Then, give your pet a tablespoon of this water. The dose remains the same, but there will be no alcohol left. In addition, the effectiveness is still the same.


    4) Can I give your product with other veterinary medicines or home remedies?


    Yes. However, to avoid possible interactions between medications or natural products you are already giving, we recommend spacing out your doses. We recommend taking our homeopathic/naturopathic products 1 hour before or after any other medication or natural product you are giving.


    5) Can I give your products in food?


    All our liquid products should be administered in... liquid (water, broth, etc.)! Or directly into the mouth. Granular or powdered products, on the other hand, can generally be mixed with food.
